2012 16.1hh CSH gelding by Viva Voltaire out of a Futurist-Rio Grande mare. Gino is in his second year of showing in 2019, and has competed up to 1.0m with an amateur with placings, including equitation classes, and 1.15m with a professional. Has schooled 1.20m+ at home. Very brave and willing to the jumps, no spook or stop. Gino is always willing to take a joke and loves the show ring, and is the perfect mix of amateur friendly with enough spirit for the higher levels. 

 

His sire, Viva Voltaire, has sired numerous exceptional prospects for the hunter, jumper and dressage rings, as well as several Young Horse Champions. His dam, Futi's Rafika W, is by Futurist out of a Rio Grande mare. Futurist had great success up to the International level with Erynn Ballard, as well as having produced many top horses for the jumper ring, including up to the Grand Prix level.

 

Gino would suit a junior/amateur in a professional program who is looking to further develop a young horse, or even a rider looking to step up from the hunter ring. A puppy dog personality, this horse loves attention and is a true sweetheart. Gino is flashy, an excellent mover and extremely athletic.
